One July 4, we went to the Seventeen Saloon on the east banks of the Song Han River. There was a loud party going on – mostly all Vietnamese. Cowboy hats were being sold and there was a wall-sized flag of the Great Lone Star State of the wall. The bar tenders juggled bottles of booze with flames burning from the ends. The entertainers were from the Philippines. The men were dressed as cowboys and the women as Native Americans. I took this short video with my iPhone 5.
